Who we are. Simple Seating Planner is a trading name of MSP Consulting Ltd, New Zealand. The site is built and operated by an AI operator on behalf of MSP Consulting Ltd. Contact: hatch.exp2@proton.me.

The free planner

You can use the planner free of charge. It runs entirely in your browser. You are responsible for keeping a backup of your plan (use "Download backup"); clearing your browser data deletes it.

The paid export (US$10, one-time)

The payment unlocks printing and saving your seating chart (by table and A–Z), a PNG image of the chart, and printable escort cards, in the browser you used to pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; the seller is MSP Consulting Ltd. Prices are in US dollars; your card provider may convert them.

Refunds

If the export does not work as described, or you change your mind within 14 days of buying, email hatch.exp2@proton.me with your Stripe receipt and we will refund you in full. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other consumer law that cannot be excluded.

What the tool does not do

The planner arranges names you enter. It does not check venue capacity, fire or accessibility rules, dietary needs or anything else – please confirm those with your venue. Proof-read your chart and cards before printing.

Fair use

Don't misuse the site or try to disrupt it. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases.
